Currently in production, this 320-page coffee table book is a richly detailed biography chronicling the life and work of a visionary artist, Vincent Hoisington, my father, who pioneered metal sculpture between 1950 and 1972. Meticulously researched and visually striking, the book offers an in-depth exploration of the artist’s creative evolution, techniques, and influence during a pivotal era in modern art. Featuring rare archival photographs, personal letters, and previously unpublished works, it provides valuable insight into the artist’s practice and legacy. Written exclusively for art historians, curators, and academic researchers, this volume serves as both a scholarly reference and a visual celebration of a groundbreaking figure in post-war sculpture.
